Admission : Transferring to the University of Toledo

• Visit Campus

• Check out CAS (Course Applicability System)
  To find out how your credits transfer, visit www.transfer.org.

• Apply for Admission
  Online at www.utoledo.edu/admission/apply.

• Request Official Transcripts
  UT must receive final transcripts from all previous colleges/universities you have attended.

• File a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
  File online at www.fafsa.ed.gov

• Inquire about Admission Scholarships/Awards
  Visit www.admission.utoledo.edu for details on our scholarship program.

• Check the Mail
  You will receive your admission decision, information on Rocket Transition and University housing by mail.

• Activate your UT Computer Account (UTAD account)
  Go to myutaccount.utoledo.edu and follow the instructions to activate your account.

• Register for Rocket Transition
  Register online at utoledo.edu/orientation
  
  
• Take placement tests prior to attending Rocket Launch or Rocket Transition
  If you have never attended college, call or visit one of UT's testing sites.
  NOTE: Transfer students will be informed in their Transfer Credit Evaluation e-mail of any placement tests that are needed.

• Submit a Housing Contract
  This can also be done online at www.toledo.edu/studentaffairs/reslife/housingapp

• Attend Rocket Transition
  During orientation you will meet with an academic adviser, register for classes, and learn more about what the University of Toledo has to offer.

• Make Payment
  Tuition and fees are due approximately one month prior to the start of the semester.
