Report of actions considered by the Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee during the 2007-2008 academic year.

PLEASE NOTICE

To submit materials for consideration, please fill out the new electronic forms at the Office of the Provost .

Log in with your UTAD username and password.

  • Any faculty member with a UTAD account may submit an electronic form. We request that documents be submitted after departmental approval.
  • There are provisions for attaching supportive material such as syllabi, letters of endorsement, etc.
  • Electronic submission will trigger an e-mail notification to the Chair of the College Curriculum Committee and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
  • ONE paper copy of the Provost form signed by the Department Curriculum Authority and the Chair is still required for College and University records.

If material is not approved by the 2008.04.15 Council meeting, it will be returned to the department of origin.
