Degree Code = MS for Masters or PhD for Doctoral

Along with the on-line application, please mail the following items to: Graduate Admissions Committee

-statement of purpose
-three letters of recommendation
Recommendation letters do not need to be put on the graduate school form when mailed directly to the department.
-copy of all transcripts-(undergraduate and graduate)
-GRE
-TOEFL, if English is not your native language
Material should be submitted before January 15 of any year to be considered for admission that Fall semester. All applicants are eligible for an assistantship opportunity.
