Starting salaries for environmental scientists with a baccalaureate degree are in the $25,000 to $45,000 range. To maximize advancement and earning opportunities, students should go on for a master's degree.
How do I become an environmental scientist at the University of Toledo?
Students should pursue the Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science following either the 'ecology' or 'geology' tracks. Student wishing to pursue a Master of Science degree may elect to do so in either Biology (Ecology Track) or Geology (Environmental Track).
