Mr. William P. Schwepe joined the University of Toledo Department of Music Faculty in Fall 2002 after 30 years in public school education. The last 25 years he served as Director of Choral Activities for Fostoria High School in Fostoria, Ohio. He earned both BM and MM degrees from Bowling Green State University where he studied with Dr. Ivan Trusler and Dr. Wallace De Pue. He completed other graduate work with Dr. Robert Fountain at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and with Dr. Daniel Moe at Oberlin Conservatory. At U.T. Mr. Schwepe directs the Women's Chorus and teaches music education courses. In other areas he is an O.M.E.A. Adjudicator with 25 years experience, he is the newly elected Chairman of the Northwest Region for the Ohio Choral Directors' Association, and he is an active choral clinician.
