Information Services and Support Certificate
Overview
The Information Services and Support Certificate is designed to give participants a solid foundation in the skills necessary to become a computer services and support specialist. Acquired skills include learning a variety of software packages, understanding workplace technology issues, and exploring Internet/networking components. The certificate program is beneficial in obtaining the ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware problems.
Completion Schedule
All courses for this certificate can be taken either on-campus or via the Internet.
Upon completion of the Information Services and Support Certificate, students will receive a departmentally issued certificate. Students may also choose to apply the completed courses toward an associate degree.
