About Us
We are a group of student and staff employees who assist students, faculty, and staff with computer related questions and problems within the IT Help and Support department. We help to resolve issues with hardware, software, networking, viruses, security, and connection issues. We also provide assistance with setting up email accounts and connecting from home. The IT Helpdesk is located in the basement of the Carlson Library.
How To Contact Us
The IT Helpdesk is staffed Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:00pm. Our phone number is 419-530-2400. You can also log a request by clicking here. Use your UTAD username and password to login.
If you call 419-530-2400 and voice mail answers, leave your name, a telephone number where you can be reached, lab or office location if applicable and reason for calling.
