Microsoft Select Agreement
The Products included under the Microsoft Selects agreement includes: all MS products not covered under the campus agreement. (Special licenses at discounted pricing) Eligibility of the products listed under the Microsoft Select agreement is for departmental University us only. All university use must be for academic and administrative purposes only. Microsoft Select agreement is a perpetual agreement, under this agreement when an employee leaves or retires from the university, they no longer have the right to use the products listed under this agreement. Products listed under the Microsoft Select agreement may be purchased from the vendor site or loaded from the software share and paid to the vendor. The cost of the products can be found in the Microsoft Select Current Price list and would be charged back to the department purchasing the software. Required tracking information before the products may be used include: name/type of operating system, serial # or Tag#, department name, name of employee and departmental account #.

Licensing keys are managed exclusively by University IT personnel only.
During the time of disposal, the original key is not required.
