These training sessions are free to University of Toledo faculty, staff, and students. CME and CNE credit (1.5 hours) are available for these sessions. All training sessions will be held in the Computer Learning Resource Center Training Room, on the sixth floor of the Mulford Library Building. To register, you must email your registration to Mulford Reference Assistance (MulfordReference@utoledo.edu) or fill out the online Training Session Registration Form at least 24 hours in advance of the session.
If you need assistance using our library's databases or want to learn more, hands-on training and demonstrations of any Mulford Library resource can be scheduled for individuals, small groups (departments, journal clubs, student groups, etc.) or classes. PubMed and CINAHL
Learn to search PubMed (another version of MEDLINE; basic and clinical sciences literature) or CINAHL (nursing and allied health literature) and how to retrieve the full text of journal articles from the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center and other online sources from within the database. These sessions are open to all UT students, faculty and staff. 1.5 contact hours of CME and CNE credit are available for the PubMed sessions. The CINAHL sessions are only available for CNE credit (1.5).
