Deborah S. Perry has been appointed as Principal Gifts Officer for the University of Toledo, College of Engineering. Debbie is 1989 alumnae of UT’s University College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Individual Studies with a specialization in public relations and interpersonal communications.
Debbie is a career advancement professional and was, most recently, Director of Corporate/Foundation Relations at Bowling Green State University. She has held various positions at The University of Michigan, Wright State University, and Defiance College. This experience also includes previous service with the UT College of Engineering in the early 1990’s.
Debbie resides in Toledo with her husband, John Utsinger, Jr. They have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter.
