Interview for the position
Step 4:
Receive the position. The employer will give you an Intent to Hire Form. This form notifies the OISS office that you have been hired and that your employer intends to hire you.
If this is your first job on-campus, you will need to make an appointment to see Peter Thomas and bring your passport, I-20, and I-94 in with you for the appointment. Call 419-530-4229.
If you have already completed your first I-9 and get another job on-campus, E-mail Peter Thomas the Intent to Hire Form or bring it to the OISS office to complete a second I-9. The I-9 verifies if you are eligible to work on-campus.
Step 6:
Once the I-9 is complete, this document should be given to your employer on-campus. You may then complete the remainder of paperwork for that position.
