    Teaching Strategies
    • Make Organization Visible

    • Create an overhead over viewing the entire class for that day.  In this way, students will be able to grasp the "big picture" of what you will discussing that given day.

    • Use Examples Often
Examples help students connect unknown information to the known information.

    • Use Visual Aides!

Encourage students to contribute to the conversation.

Have a good rapport with the students.

Address students by their first names and pronounce them correctly.

    Share your culture

    Smile

    Get to know your students!
