  Description: (Minor/technical revision of existing policy; reposted for comments after additional revisions) Defines sexual assault, describes program that provides confidential support and information, and sets forth procedures for reporting options, disciplinary procedures, off campus legal options, medical options, and statistical reporting.

• Policy Name: DRAFT 3364-70-12  Material transfer policy
   
  Description: (New policy proposal) The policy implements a process for the transfer of research material.  All research materials that are transferred in or out of the university must be accompanied by either an incoming or outgoing material transfer agreement.

• Policy Name: DRAFT  3364-70-13  Disposition of start-up equity
   
  Description: (New policy proposal) The policy provides a process for the liquidation of equity obtained by the university through a license agreement.  The university may negotiate for the university’s foundation to accept equity in the form of stock or warrants as part of the consideration for licensing intellectual property.

  Description:  (Major Revision of an Existing Policy) The policy revision gives priority to registered student organizations to reserve Student Union or Scott Park Student Center meeting spacve.  Only University-wide major events (Homecoming, Art on the Mall, Rocket Launch/Transition) and presidential priorities will reserved more than 18 months in advance.
