Step 1: Log on to http://www.utoledo.edu/studentaffairs/rec/intramural/index.html and click on “Intramural Sport Dates & Registration Forms.” Or click here.
Step 2: Print out a “Risk Waiver Form” for every participant who has not already completed one of these forms. Next, locate the link for your desired activity and print out a registration form. Be sure to complete all of the information on this form, especially the manager’s phone number and email address.
Step 3: Determine the time and location of the mandatory managers meeting your team representative must attend. You can find this information on the Registration Form in the top right corner.
Step 4: Review all Intramural rules, policies and procedures. These items can be found in the “IM Handbook” and “Sport Rules” links on the main page.
Step 5: Turn in your completed registration form to the Main Office at the Student Recreation Center by the registration deadline. Please be prompt, as no late registrations will be accepted.
